Online Profile Pros Patron Terms and Conditions

As a patron of this website you agree to our terms and conditions, you declare that the information that you disclosed on the site is correct and that you agree to pay for our service.

Payment in full is required prior to the photo session or start of Ancillary Services (wardrobe, Dating Profile or LinkedIn Services). We use SSL encryption, so your order is completely secure.

Cancellation Policy for Photography Services

If for some reason you need to cancel your scheduled photo shoot and you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the photo shoot, we will issue you a credit to be used within 30 days. You must reschedule within 30 days of the original photo shoot. If you do not reschedule within 30 days or you do not show up for the rescheduled shoot there will be no refund and no other credit issued.

If you cancel your photo shoot with less than 24 hours notice, you forfeit your payment and there will be no refund and no other credit issued. We cannot refund or reschedule the photo shoot.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Dispute Policy for Ancillary Services provided by contractors, this covers Basic and Premium Wardrobe Consultations, Complete Dating Profile Overhaul and Regular and Premium LinkedIn Profile Critiques.

If for some reason you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with contractor, they must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the appointment, if so we can issue you a credit to be used within 30 days or refund. Patrons who request a rescheduling of their scheduled appointment within 24 hours of the designated date and time may do so solely at the discretion of the contractor. The patron must receive an email agreement from the contractor that they will voluntarily reschedule the appointment. You must reschedule within 30 days of the original date of booking. If you do not reschedule within 30 days or you do attend the rescheduled appointment there will be no refund and no other credit issued.  Once you have started the process of getting your services from the contractor, you cannot get a refund for any amount.  Once services have been completed, you cannot get a refund for any amount.  Online Profile Pros provides these additional services “as is” and as a courtesy for its clients. Online Profile Pros will render it’s best efforts to negotiate any settlements between clients and contractors should a dispute arise. Disputes arising after services have been rendered will be considered on a case by case basis. Client agrees to be bound by the judgement of Online Profile Pros in dealing with our contracted ancillary services.

Limited Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your photos.  However, the nature of photography is that it is subjective art form. Therefore, your photos can only be judged on their technical merits, such as focus, sharpness, color and brightness. If you believe that your photos are lacking in these technical aspects, OnlineProfilePros Inc will review the images and determine their technical merits. If the photos are determined to be inferior then you will be offered, free retouching (when applicable) a re-shoot or a full refund.  OnlineProfilePros reserves the right to partial refunds in select instances.

PLEASE NOTE:  This guarantee does not extent to issues with your clothing choices, physical appearance, hair, make-up, weather, acts of God or any other issues out of OnlineProfilePros control.  In these cases, we will not be able to issue you a re-shoot or refund.

To request a review of your photos, you must submit a refund request letter within 15 business days stating your dissatisfaction with your images. You can email your request or send it to us at the address below. Please include the following information: Your full name, your full address and your customer ID number that you received from your OnlineProfilePros photo shoot, and the reason you are requesting a refund or a re-shoot.

“No Shows” / Missed appointments

Patrons book a particular date and time with the photographer. Each photo shoot is designed to last for a specific period of time. When a photo shoot is booked the photographer is not able to sell that time slot to another patron. Thus, if a client misses their photo shoot we cannot refund or reschedule the photo shoot. It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time to the photo shoot. If a client arrives to the designated photographers studio more than 10 minutes after the scheduled shoot is to take place, it is at the photographer’s discretion whether to continue with the photo shoot.

By accepting these terms and conditions you accept full responsibility for arriving at the designated studio on time and acknowledge that no refund will be given and your photo shoot will not be rescheduled if you miss the agreed upon time for your photo shoot.

Rescheduling your photo shoot

Patrons are provided full contact information for their photographer as well as a toll free number to contact OnlineProfilePros customer service and support. If a patron needs to reschedule their photo shoot they may contact the photographer directly or contact OnlineProfilePros support at least 24 hours prior to their shoot. For photo shoots scheduled over weekends or holidays, the patron must contact the photographer directly, 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot or on the first business day prior to the scheduled shoot.

Photo shoots can only be rescheduled for mutually agreeable dates and times by the patron and the photographer. Patrons may not be able to reschedule their photo shoots for the date and time of their choosing.

Patrons who request a rescheduling of their photo shoot within 24 hours of the designated shooting date and time may do so solely at the discretion of the photographer. The patron must receive an email agreement from the photographer that they will voluntarily reschedule the photo shoot. The photographer will contact OnlineProfilePros Inc. to announce the shoot has been rescheduled.

Patrons who do not receive an email or verbal agreement from the photographer to reschedule a shoot that is due to take place within the 24 hour cut off period are encouraged to show up for their photo shoot or forfeit their payment to OnlineProfilePros Inc.

Hold Harmless

You agree to hold OnlineProfilePros, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, due to or arising out of your use of the Service.

Liability Limitation

In no event will be liable, except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, to you or any third person for any punitive damages, indirect, consequential or incidental, including lost profits arising from your use of the Web Site or the Service, even if has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to for the Service during the term of membership.


Any dispute arising out of the use of this Web Site or about or involving the Web Site and/or the Service, by using the Web Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State of California, City of Los Angeles.  We reserve the right to demand that all claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of California, City of Los Angeles. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If you renege on payment after your photoshoot, you no longer retain the rights to use the photos from your photo shoot.  Reneging on payment is defined as disputing or in any way withdrawing payment after completion of your photoshoot.  The only acceptable method of payment refund is an official OnlineProfilePros Inc refund to your credit card.  If you download and use the photos after reneging on payment, you are in violation of these terms as well as copyright laws. Online Profile Pros Inc will retain the rights to the photos and can use these photos as they see fit for commercial use. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions amount to a de facto model release in the event your renege on payment.

Superior Image will do its best to contract the best portrait photographer for you and get you the best photographs to be used online that we possibly can. Although every effort will be made to ensure excellence and your satisfaction, individual results may vary.


This service is specifically designed for use on the web. Your photos are not intended to be printed. Prints and high-resolution images are not a part of the package. Your photos are ready to use online only.

This is the entire agreement between you and regarding the use of the Web Site and our service. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force.

You must be eighteen or over to use this service. No exceptions. By using the Web Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
