• What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my photo shoot?

    All sales are final. You have until 24 hours prior to the shoot to alert your photographer that you need to reschedule. The photographer will then work with you to find another mutually agreeable date. If you need to cancel your shoot before the 24 hour deadline you must contact online profile pros at support@onlineprofilepros.com via email and let us know you need to cancel the shoot. The cancellation request must be via email so that there is a paper trail for you request.

    Please be aware that excessive rescheduling will result in a canceled shoot and forfeiture of your photo shoot payment. Online Profile Pros will determine on a case by case basis if there is excessive rescheduling but more than 2 times without a very good explanation is considered “excessive” rescheduling. The reason for this is that when you book your shoot you are blocking time for the photographer that we could sell to another individual. When you reschedule this it is lost shoot.

    Please realize that when you book a shoot you are buying the photographers time, which he cannot offer to any other clients. The best way to think of it is that this is like buying a ticket to the movies or the theater. You are basically buying a “seat” at a specific date and time. If you cannot make it then the seat will go empty but the photographer has no ability to resell your seat.
